I'm the blue eyes and long lashes behind Caitlyn Malyk Photography. There is not a day you wont find me in the barn or enjoying the country lifestyle of course looking like a queen in boots and lashes. I love the life i get to live spending long hours in arena dust to being covered in any kind of $hit then unwinding around a fire just to smell. Im the kind of girl that aint afraid to get down and dirty which in some cases helps get the perfect shot! I grew up in a barn so naturally my favorite things to look at are horses which helps me capture the essence of the horses that are the center of your world.

Horses
Between my miniature horses, paints, quarter horses, morgans and saddle breds im kept busy! Im a very accomplished equestrian having competed at the world shows in 3 out of 5 of the breeds im involved in. Then also competed twice for team Canada in saddle seat equitation riding in the States and South Africa. My late World Champion Elliott is my pride and joy and is so very missed but has passed on the torch to newly crowed World Champion Howard and Level One Champion William.
My Lil Buddy
With an long trip state side to pick up this little bundle of joy cause red deer was all out of dogs as my dad will tell you, i would be lost without my partner in crime! Houston herds his cats and leads the ponies to help get chores done. Now with an small disability due to an injury and a long 2 months of being half paralyzed Houston's recovery continues to get better and he has almost mastered getting half way up the stairs!
